Mint N.H. top left corner imprint and plate no. 2098 block of 12 with wide top selvage, exceptionally well-centered essentially throughout, deep rich color, a few tiny toned spots in selvage at top left and single short perf at bottom (both are outside the plate block and could be separated from it), bright and freshEXTREMELY FINE MINT NEVER-HINGED LARGE PLATE BLOCK OF THE 5-CENT LOUISIANA PURCHASE ISSUE.
