Mint N.H. wide top imprint and plate no. 4861 block of six, intense shade on deeply blued paper, tiny natural inclusion top center stamp (a frequent attribute of genuine Bluish paper stamps), fresh and Very Fine, a rare wide top Mint N.H. plate block of this issue, this is only the third example we have offered since 1999, with 2013 P.F. (copy) and P.S.E. certificates
