VERY FINE-EXTREMELY FINE. A BEAUTIFUL MINT NEVER-HINGED WIDE TOP IMPRINT AND PLATE NUMBER STRIP OF TEN OF THE 1898 15-CENT BUREAU ISSUE.

This piece comes from an old-time collection and was most likely acquired by the previous owner through purchases at post offices in the 1890's and early 1900's. As such it has been kept out of the light since 1898 and has never before appeared at auction.
