10c Pale Rose (5). Huge margins incl. "Richmond Va." portion of imprint at bottom, tied by clear strike of "Richmond Va. Jun. 30, 1862" last day of 5c rate circular datestamp on cover to Washington Ga., paying the 10c over-500 miles rate, docketing at top, overall wear and stamp with facial scrape, Very Fine appearance and scarce combination of the imprint on cover and the last day of the July 1, 1861-June 30, 1862 rate period -- though if this had been mailed the next day it still would have cost 10c, with 1973 P.F. certificate, ex Wishnietsky
