Dec. 3, 1861" circular datestamp on large part of light yellow courthouse cover front only to Helena Ark., stamps have bit heavy gum soaks, otherwise Fine, extremely rare 20c franking, ex Caspary, Matz, Meroni, "Stonewall" and Boshwit
