Jul. 8" circular datestamp on blue envelope to Quincy Mich. with Lincoln portrait in oval frame with uncleared surround mourning design, Milgram AL-361, stamp with small tear at top, otherwise Very Fine, scarce and desirable especially on the blue cover, later versions of this design have the surrounding black area cleared, ex Walcott and Jarrett
