Tied by indistinct strike of blue oval datestamp on cover to Cadiz, Spain, purple "Prisoner's Letter Censored and forwarded, Navy Department, Bureau of Navigation, Washington D.C." five-line handstamp, also with "U.S.N.A. Censored" handstamp and signed, receiving backstamp, reduced at top slightly affecting stamp, still scarce prisoner's letter use which was censored at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis
