Rich color, used with 8c Columbian (236), tied by "U.S. Postal Agency, Shanghai, Nov. 17 10PM 93" duplex datestamp on oversize registered cover to New York, return address from "Spanish Consulate General in Shanghai", intact wax seal on back, San Francisco transit backstamp, cover with some edge faults incl. small piece out at upper left, still Fine, the franking pays the six-times 5c UPU rate plus 8c registry fee, very rare use of 30c Columbian from U.S. Postal Agency in Shanghai
