1c Blue, Ty. IV (23). Position 27L1L, recut once at top and bottom, unusually choice centering, tied by "Pittsburgh Pa. Oct. 30" circular datestamp on folded cover to Philadelphia, pencil notation on back indicates 1857 use, fresh and Extremely Fine, scarce on cover with such choice centering, this must have held a printed circular or printed notice, ex Vogel
