Pkt. 19 Nov." circular datestamp, Calais, Paris and Genoa datestamps, manuscript "17" decimes due, small cover tears at top and bottom show scotch tape stains, otherwise Fine, scarce use, only eight covers recorded from this correspondence to a U.S. naval surgeon on the U.S.S. Susquehanna
