Without gum as issued, brilliant color on bright paper, perfectly centered with unusually wide margins, long and full perforations all around, Extremely Fine Gem and one of the finest examples we have encountered, 10,000 of the 1c were printed (100 impressions) and 3,846 were sold, ex Odeneal and Gorham, with 1988, 1999 and 2007 P.F. certificates
