70c Foreign Exchange, Part Perforated (R65b). Block of eight reconstructed from two blocks of four, rich color, Aug. 8, 1864 manuscript cancels, light creases, Fine appearance, this is the largest recorded multiple, the next largest is a rejoined block of six, ex Little and Cunliffe as a block of four, Mr. Curtis recognized that these originally formed a larger multiple and reunited them, Scott Retail as two blocks of four $4,000.00
