Block of 25, large margins, bright color, Feb. 13, 1863 manuscript cancels, few faults including split along horizontal crease where reattached, otherwise Very Fine, this is the largest recorded multiple, the next largest is a block of twelve, ex Cunliffe, Scott Retail as blocks of four and pairs $1,417.00
