FINE-VERY FINE. A SCARCE MINT NEVER-HINGED PLATE BLOCK OF TEN OF THE 5-CENT PAN-AMERICAN ISSUE FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE PLATE.

Bottom plate blocks are particularly desirable as they are the only positions to show both plate numbers.
