Left imprint and plate no. block of six of Type II and se-tenant horizontal pair, tied by Toledo O. ovals on piece of package, also tied by red "Received/May 4, 1897/Teutonia Insurance Co." three-line receiving datestamp, few wrinkles affect two stamps in plate block only, the se-tenant pair is Very Fine, two on-cover se-tenant pairs are recorded, this on-piece use is the third, a key item of First Bureau Issue postal history
