Apr. 26" circular datestamp with day in manuscript, on buff cover to Norristown Penn., stamp with internal tear not mentioned on accompanying certificate, Very Fine appearance, with 1960 P.F. and 2004 P.S.E. certificates, the latter noting "stamps with defects at center"
