Radiant color, well-balanced margins with perfs clear of outer projections on all sides, neat 1860 San Francisco circular datestamp, most recent certificate notes "large manuscript marking removed from reverse" which see no evidence of, we do see a tiny perf tear at lower right, Extremely Fine appearance, with 1993 P.S.E. and 1994 P.F. certificates
