Apr. 5, 1859" circular datestamp on buff cover with Professor Wise's illustrated hot-air balloon with the imprint of the famous balloonist Mons. Carlincourt at left, addressed to "Mons. Carlincourt, Aeronaut, Utica", cover restored at left edge where opened, Very Fine appearance, a scarce and beautiful early balloon cover, Carlincourt was the name T. S. C.
