Dec. 8" circular datestamp on 1849 folded cover to St. Augustine, faint vertical file fold well away from stamp and markings, stamp with light toning at bottom, Fine, rare intra-state use, this is also the only recorded use of any 1847 stamp from Madison, with 2003 P.F. certificate
