Watermarked "CSA" Entire (Undersander E25B-g). 140 x 78mm envelope with clear wavy lines and "CSA" reversed watermarks, albino impression of U.S. 3c entire (U21) has been pencil rubbed to show more clearly, Very Fine, the CSA watermarked paper was discussed at length in the Dietz catalog but this entire with an apparent albino impression of a U.S. U21 is most unusual, ex Barkhausen and offered "as is"
