VERY FINE AND EXTREMELY RARE COMPLETE SET OF GOODALL TRIAL COLOR SMALL DIE PROOFS. PROBABLY FEWER THAN A HALF-DOZEN SETS EXIST.

In 1879, President Albert G. Goodall of the American Bank Note Company, successor to the Continental Bank Note Company, ordered sets of small die proofs for display purposes. Complete sets are rare -- the last we offered was in 1998.
