A RARE PANE OF 50 OF THE 2-CENT NAVY OFFICIAL ISSUE, WITH SUPERIOR CENTERING AND MANY MINT NEVER-HINGED STAMPS.
The existence of this multiple is remarkable, as virtually all such items have been broken to feed demand for singles. Scott Retail as half hinged and half Mint N.H. with no premium for the plate block.
