13c Green (622). Right plate no. 18109 and large 5-point star block of six, bottom four stamps Mint N.H., bright color, tiny natural perf disc indentation at lower right mentioned on accompanying certificate but is really inconsequential, fresh and Fine, this is the rarest star plate from the 1922-25 issue, only approximately 16 plate blocks are recorded and this is the first we have offered in at least 20 years, with 2004 P.S.E. certificate
