Jun. 13 2PM 1900" duplex datestamps on cover to San Francisco, with U.S. 10c Postage Due (J42) tied by San Francisco oval, "U.S. Charge to Collect 10 cents" handstamp, "T 25 Centimes" marking, vertical file fold does not affect stamps, barely reduced at left, missing part of top flap, small cover repair at top, still Very Fine, rare use, June 13, 1900 was the last day the Hawaiian stamps were valid for postage (on June 14 Hawaii officially became a territory), even though these stamps were valid this was treated as unpaid
