Positions 94-95 with wide bottom plate no. 10208 selvage, lightly hinged, Fine and rare combination pair, only Positions 95-96 from the bottom row of plate 10208 produced Type I stamps, all other stamps were Type Ia, including the left stamp in this pair, with 1978 P.F. certificate confirming the combination but misstating the positions as 95-96
