Mint N.H. top left plate no. 168629 block of six, choice centering, Extremely Fine and fresh, this Duck plate block is scarce owing to the fact that collectors were accustomed to collecting these post-1958 issues in plate blocks of four, not realizing the correct format is six as offered here
