Plate 7-A, Types I-X (Westerberg Positions 1-10), two complete panes in a block of 20, unused (no gum), large margins, few usual light horizontal and vertical creases mostly between stampsEXTREMELY FINE. ONE OF TWO RECORDED BLOCKS OF THIS SIZE, WHICH IS THE LARGEST RECORDED MULTIPLE OF THE 1864 2-CENT NUMERAL ON LAID PAPER.
