Rich color, well-struck red "PAID 30" in circle cancel (Skinner-Eno PM-PNz 1), additional red cancel at lower left, small corner crease at bottom right, small thin spot and pinhole not mentioned on accompanying certificate, still a Very Fine strike, the "PAID 30" cancel is rare and especially desirable struck on a 30c stamp, with 1991 P.F. certificate
