Positions 55-60L2, horizontal strip of six, tied by "Galveston Tex. ? 11, 1859" circular datestamp and red boxed "Aachen Franco" datestamp on piece, left stamp single short perf at upper left not mentioned on accompanying certificate, Very Fine, scarce strip of six which undoubtedly paid the double 30c Prussian Closed Mail rate to Germany, with 1991 P.F. certificate stating Georgia town cancel which it is not
