Paid Dec. 5, 1858" circular datestamp, New York and French transits, red crayon "17" rate, cover tear at top, otherwise Very Fine, carried on the Yankee, which departed Honolulu Nov. 18 and arrived San Francisco Dec. 1, then carried on the PMSC's Golden Gate to Panama and the Inman Line's Kangaroo to Liverpool, Very Fine, scarce use to France
