Complete sheet of 25 with sheet margin all around, with original interleaving, part tropicalized original gum, some toning, few paper flaws mostly in sheet margin incl. piece out at bottom left, Very Fine appearance, a rare complete sheet, during World War II, this stamp was issued for use on the island of Mindanao, only 500 stamps were printed and very few intact sheets exist
