CUBA, 1899, 3c on 3c Purple (224). Top imprint and plate no. 450 block of six with wide selvage, slightly disturbed original gum, left stamps Ty. I with "3" directly over "P", others Ty. II, bottom center stamp with period between "B" and "A", top right stamp broken "E" (unlisted in Scott), few perf separations, otherwise Fine, unusual with the varieties, Scott Retail as normal
