Act of 1917 handstamp struck twice, large "PB & S 1, 2 14 18, NEWARK" perforated cancel, large even margins all around, strong colors, thin at bottom rightEXTREMELY FINE APPEARANCE. ONE OF ONLY THREE RECORDED EXAMPLES OF THIS ONE-HOGSHEAD 1917 TYPE A PROVISIONAL SURCHARGE.
