Large to huge margins, attractive grayish black shade, interesting plating marks with right frame line extending above the top one and tiny gap at top left frame corner, also stitch watermark at top, red grid cancel, Extremely Fine, with 2009 P.S.E. certificate (XF 90; SMQ $1,650.00), this is clearly an XF-Superb 95 stamp that was downgraded to XF 90 because of PSE's approach to cancellations
