1902, (33-1/3c) on 53-1/3c Violet on Dark Blue Paper, -1/3bbl., Beer (REA73; Priester 79). Perf initials cancel and a few light staple holes, three large margins, just in at right, trivial stainFINE APPEARANCE. A RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 1902 ONE-THIRD BARREL PROVISIONAL ISSUE.
