PUERTO RICO, 1900, 10c Regular and 1c-10c Postage Dues, "Puerto Rico" Ovpts., Special Printing (214SP, J1SP-J3SP). Set of four incl. the 10c Regular Issue and the three Postage Dues, h.r., 1c and 10c Dues each with a tiny thin spot, Fine appearance and rare, in 1900 one pane of 100 stamps of each was prepared for display at the Paris and Pan-American Expositions, the 5c, 8c and 10c and the 1c-10c Postage Dues were never regularly issued with the "Puerto Rico" spelling and so are only known as Special Printings, many were destroyed after the exhibitions
