Mar 2 1PM 1927" duplex on cover to Manila, also with dateless "Via U.S. Army Air Service, Philippine Islands" handstamp, second strike on back with Mar. 4 date, also receiving backstamp, some edge flaws, horizontal file fold does not affect stamps, Very Fine, scarce, only six letters were carried from Cebu to Manila (AAMC 17r), AAMC also does not list this oval marking without a date
