CUBA, 1899, 3c Purple, Ovpt. (224). Beautifully centered top imprint and plate no. 447 strip of three on cover to New York state tied by "Mil. Sta. Placetas" double oval with "No. 29 Cuba" in center, typical blurry strike which seems to be the case with all of these types of oval cancels, couple minor cover edge toning spots, otherwise Very Fine, possibly unique use
