Mint N.H., perfectly balanced Jumbo margins, glowing color on post-office fresh paper, Extremely Fine Gem, a stunning stamp, with 2008 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $450.00 as 98, unpriced in higher grade), only two examples have graded higher and this is the only stamp at this grade, we would be hard pressed to find a 2c Washington-Franklin with deeper color than this example
