FINE. A RARE MINT NEVER-HINGED IMPRINT AND PLATE NUMBER STRIP OF THE 2-CENT VERMILION UNWATERMARKED POSTAGE DUE ISSUE.

Both the 1c and 2c Vermilion Postage Due issues, Scott J29 and J30, are extremely rare in any form of multiple. The Whitpain Collection contained a Mint N.H. plate block of six of J30 which is the only one we have offered since keeping computerized records.
