Four neatly overlapping singles on piece just tied by two neat blue ms. lines, the righthand stamp has margins all around and is nearly Very Fine, second from left has a vertical crease, first has tiny flaw, third could also be Very Fine but the overlapping prevents seeing the right margin, a most unusual piece and certainly desirable for the collector of the New York Postmaster stamp
