Top right "American Bank Note Company" imprint, plate no. 412 and half arrow block of fourteen on original card backing, rich color, Extremely Fine, we have argued in the past and the Scott Specialized Catalogue now lists this plate block in the proof section under the Special Printing No. 193 (see our Sale 867, lot 1184 for a full description and explanation), we have offered examples of this printing only on card in the past, with 1973 P.F. certificate as 157P3 plate block, which at the time was the only available Scott number for this printing
