Mint N.H., exceptional centering, post office fresh color and paper, Extremely Fine Gem, this Rotary Press printing is very difficult to find in the higher grades, with 2013 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $850.00), only one has graded higher (at 98) and only eight others share this grade, P.S.E. does not even price this issue above the grade of 95
