Authorized by." with control no., "C" security punch taped in place and "Brooks" in pencil (vignette engraver), Very Fine and extremely rare, believed to be the only Large Die Proof of this issue in collector hands, ex Livingston, with 2008 P.F. certificate, listed but unpriced in Scott as Wove paper, Scott Retail as India paper
