Authorized by." with control no., "C" security punch taped in place and "C. Brooks" in pencil (vignette engraver), Very Fine and extremely rare, believed to be the only Large Die Proof of this issue in collector hands, ex Livingston, with 2008 P.F. certificate, listed in Scott but unpriced on Wove paper, Scott Retail as India paper
