Santiago" violet control handstamp (very light as usual), magenta double oval forwarders handstamp, tiny thin spots, Very Fine appearance and very scarce, one of the relatively few surviving genuine used Coamo Provisionals of the 500 or so issued, only 10 full covers are known, signed Bartels and with 1976 P.F. certificate
