Surgeon James Morrow, some slight edge wear and minor toning spots, Very Fine, a scarce and interesting semi-official use of the 2c Lithograph -- the envelope is unsealed, but the letter (referring to enclosed invoices) should not have qualified for circular rate, Warren census SC-009, ex Keeling, illustrated in 2011 Congress Book, with 2005 P.F. certificate
