Complete set (ten total) of top imprint and plate number blocks of twelve, 1c with additional sheet margin at left, 30c and 90c with additional sheet margin at right, large margins other sides, brilliant colors as fresh as the day they were printed, 90c showing clear plate layout lines and vignette shifted noticeably to bottom, absolutely pristineEXTREMELY FINE. A PHENOMENAL COMPLETE SET OF TOP IMPRINT AND PLATE NUMBER BLOCKS OF TWELVE OF THE 1869 PICTORIAL ISSUE PLATE PROOFS ON CARD. ONLY TWO SETS CAN EXIST.
