Part original gum and with brown Post Office paper affixed to back prior to perforating, defective and apparently pieced back together by the Post Office, showing four horizontal perforations at right, Fine appearance, scarce, Datz states 15 pairs are known, and approximately 6-9 have the brown Post Office paper affixed to back, with copy of 1976 P.F. certificate
