PHILIPPINES, 1894, 8c Red Brown (162). Horizontal pair and single, tied by light strikes of red Manila circular datestamps on registered 1894 cover to Zurich, Switzerland, endorsed "p S.S. Espana via Singapore" at upper left, French Pacquet marking at right, opened at right and sealed with what looks like selvage (perforations on back), purple "Helios Fabrica de Tabacos" boxed company handstamp, receiving backstamp, Very Fine double-weight use, scarce registered marking, only three examples of this type are recorded
